We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manageras a member of the French Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) team. The Social Media Manager leads exciting projects for different brands of the Coca-Cola portfolio together with the CIC team.

The PAC team helps shape, promote and protect the reputation of the brands and the Coca-Cola system in France, creating positive awareness and the conditions for sustainable growth in France.

The CIC is a team of specialists in social media and traditional consumer care that are the voice/pen of the different brands towards consumers.

MISSIONS

Social media management is critical to our license to operate since it helps shape and promote our reputation through the following main scopes :

  • Tracking and analyzing digital conversations around category and industry topics as well as issues related to brands
  • Providing recommandations to help defining social media related to brands media relations and influence
  • Engaging reactively and proactively with consumers, key-stakeholders and e-influencers through social media to build an allied network and develop advocacy.
  • Mapping and keeping on tracks key stakeholders and e-influencers database to enhance our e reputation and drive clear ROIste strategy on the subject.
  • Therefore our Social Media manager is a true ambassador for our brands and is aware about the latest trends in the FCMG, social media channels & digital landscape and make it known internally.
  • In other words: he/she has social media running through his/her veins and couldn't imagine a world without these different channels.
  • The Social Media Manager is regularly sharing important learnings & insights and is able to present them in a comprehensive way to any audience: international team, agencies, digital & brand team.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills are very important for this position because he/she will need to be the social media voice internally and to liaise between different stakeholders.
  • The Social Media Manager will help manage projects for the brands as well as corporate communications.
  • For this, he/she has got strong capabilities to work in a project mode in alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • The Social Media Manager will focus on helping the Digital Manager (based in the marketing department) to define the social media and influencer strategies for the brands, the websites and specific corporate topics and to ensure perfect execution of it thanks to the best tools that he will assess regularly.
  • If needed he will help implement new tools into the CIC, evangelize agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • He will also drive corporate communications with the communications manager and focus on key CSR projects through the brands digital voice thanks to an amplification budget.
  • He will work hand to hand with the PR manager
  • He/she will ensure stakeholders management for digital including communities he /she will have identified, e-influencers and key-contacts online. He/she will be the PR manager counterpart to ensure perfect coordination of the company PR news with e-influencers.
  • This role also requires a good technical knowledge of different Social Media channels: specs, formats, paid media, working with Social Media tools for campaign management, ability to identify influencers communities, community management and reporting.
  • He/she will report to the PR manager and, he/she will work closely with the Senior digital manager and Consumer relation manager to oversee the CIC FR development on digital, looking after a perfect execution of plans and develop an innovative and first in class vision for future in Webu.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:j

  • Knowledge of all social media channels & newest trends
  • Define and implement social media strategies for different brands together with the digital manager & corporate communications.
  • Identify and monitor influencers communities
  • Collect and consolidate social media reports, providing learnings and optimizations.
  • Manage the category and corporate e-reputation analysis
  • Actively contribute to the PAC business planning
  • Inspire the local marketing team with learnings, trends & industry benchmarking
  • Test and recommend new social media tools for monitoring / analytics / community management
  • Evaluate and adapt the best practices from other markets to enhance team effectiveness, efficiency, and creativity
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with different parties: CIC, external agencies such as media and creatives agencies but also ?internal' brand managers.
  • Live event content creation together with the Community management-team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Related work experience: minimum 3 years of experience within Social Media or Digital Marketing

Skills:

  • Extended knowledge of Social Media channels & associated tools
  • Experience with community management
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a company voice online
  • Team player
  • stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in French, working proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of editing software (Photoshop)
  • Experience in execution of paid media strategies is a plus
  • Good in sharing important learnings & insights in a comprehensive way (reporting)
