• 3+ years of relevant work experience in with a heavy focus on digital / B2B demand generation

Talented, self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate customer adoption of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform, through a proactive, data-driven approach.

In this role, you will be part of a field marketing team and own digital functions, processes, and templates. You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and new, innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics. In this role, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, always looking for opportunities to drive the optimal customer experience and internal efficiencies in a scalable way.

Our ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. This person will understand marketing technology and have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to build multi-channel digital programs that drive business results.


  • Contributes to day-to-day management of digital marketing operations including project management, build, QA, deployment, and reporting
  • Owns digital channels in France, including social media, paid media, email and website
  • Builds strong relationships across a European and global team to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Builds templates for digital marketing assets and processes including webinars, event demand generation, and nurture programs
  • Drives targeting and customer segmentation to develop and execute personalized digital campaigns
  • Drives and makes recommendations to more effectively engage customers through digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc)
  • Applies digital marketing best practices to determine opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Contributes and influences the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
  • Develops and executes test plans to refine messaging and drive lift
  • Leverages automation to improve processes and productivity, and makes recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace
  • Develop and execute cross-channel digital plans tailored to multiple segments of customers
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Partners across teams to deliver work on-time and on-budget
  • Has backbone, challenges the status quo, and pushes for the best customer experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices across digital channels and technologies
  • Proven expertise with a stack including CRM (Salesforce), automation (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua), CMS, social, paid media and data analytics platforms
  • Experience with paid media including paid search, paid social, and display remarketing
  • Experience executing digital strategies across multiple, integrated channels
  • Strong eye for design and ability to self-service creative components when building digital assets
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in and proven ability to quickly learn new and apply it to business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills
  • Highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors
  • Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • Velocity script, HTML, and CSS coding experience
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Adobe CQ
