RIMOWA is searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help enhance our social media performance, driving community engagement and acquisition through social channels. This person will lead all community engagement across social media channels (primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube). The candidate must be ready to roll up their sleeves stretching in responsibility from leading innovation and strategy to manage day-to-day execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.


Community Management:

  • Strengthen community relations and engagement across all platforms
  • Respond to community comments and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our customer care and service teams to ensure community needs are met
  • Develop a social media customer care strategy

Platform Management and Planning:

  • Manage the social media editorial calendar and daily posting schedule
  • Manage the upkeep of all social platforms
  • Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and platform enhancements
  • Assist with content creation
  • Assist with influencer gifting and relations

Reporting and strategy:

  • Develop and execute social strategies to meet KPI's
  • Daily documentation of owned social media performance, social listening KPI's and EMV
  • Preparation and presentation of digital case studies & competitor analysis
  • Preparation of digital campaign performance reports
  • Preparation of a monthly digital benchmark dashboard


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of related experience in community management and social media
  • Excellent English communications skills, written and oral
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work on days and times outside the regular work week as needed
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond the stated duties
  • High-energy, positive person who wants to make a difference in a growing organization
  • Knowledge of WeChat and Weibo a plus
