Our approach is ?digital first,? and we are looking for someone with extensive experience in high-end marketing of brands, experiences, and destinations online. Your mission will be to create beautiful and successful email communications for our wines, experiences, destinations, and educational offerings. The right candidate must be both creative and detail-oriented and have hands-on experience with marketing automation, campaign management, web analytics, and database management. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams team to recommend and implement improvements for customer acquisition, order conversion, and increase loyalty
  • Create, automate and monitor user journey scenarios
  • Manage the customer database including cleaning, augmentation, and segmentation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to design and monitor data collection at all customer touchpoints (retail, field, website)
  • Lead and manage all the customer email campaigns for marketing, sales, product purchase, and delivery.
  • Track and report on main the mail email campaign KPIs
  • Recommend and implement email campaign best practice
  • Ensure compliance with Data privacy regulation across key global markets
  • Work with the technology team to improve our marketing automation and database management tools

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business. An MBA is highly desired
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Digitally savvy with a strong business mind and at least 5 years of analytical and data management experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing marketing automation to drive business results
  • Hands-on experience managing customer segments and email campaigns
  • International professional experience in the United States, United Kingdom or Asia
