En voici les enseignements \u00e0 retenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En exploitant les donn\u00e9es et les avis obtenus via les technologies de Khoros et de Talkwalker, ce rapport se concentre sur l&rsquo;importance grandissante de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, autrement dit les personnes n\u00e9es entre 1997 et 2012, en tant que force d&rsquo;impact \u00e9conomique. Comment elle se comporte en ligne et qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience client r\u00e9ussie ? Elements de r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui d\u00e9tient un pouvoir \u00e9conomique non n\u00e9gligeable<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport rappelle que ces natifs du num\u00e9rique repr\u00e9sentent un pouvoir d&rsquo;achat allant de 29 milliards de dollars \u00e0 143 milliards de dollars par an. De ce point de vue, elle exerce une forte influence sur les marques et les autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des plateformes \u00e9mergentes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leur influence sur la sph\u00e8re des m\u00e9dias sociaux est tr\u00e8s importante puisque c&rsquo;est bien souvent cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui fait na\u00eetre, par son adoption, les plateformes \u00e9mergentes. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude insiste sur l&rsquo;importance du partage de leurs opinions \u00e0 une large audience et de la connexion envers leurs pairs.
