Comment interpr\u00e9ter cette tendance ? Explications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"block-70528591-7f5f-45bd-be64-4948986c3624\">En mars dernier, lors de la \u00ab&nbsp;Semaine des supermarch\u00e9s 2024&nbsp;\u00bb, la propri\u00e9taire de la cha\u00eene d\u2019\u00e9piceries chinoises Pang Dong Lai a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur d\u2019une nouvelle politique : accorder \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s 10 \u00ab&nbsp;cong\u00e9s de d\u00e9prime&nbsp;\u00bb (<em>\u00abunhappy leaves\u00bb<\/em>) par ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Je veux que tous les membres de mon personnel aient de la libert\u00e9. Chacun a des moments o\u00f9 il ne se sent pas heureux, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/people-culture\/trending-china\/article\/3257179\/not-happy-do-not-come-work-china-retail-tycoon-introduces-unhappy-leave-sparks-online-discussion\" target=\"_blank\">a d\u00e9clar\u00e9<\/a> la fondatrice de la cha\u00eene, Yu Dong Lai. Donc, si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas heureux une journ\u00e9e, ne venez pas au travail. Nous voulons que nos employ\u00e9s aient une vie relaxe et en sant\u00e9, pour que l\u2019entreprise le soit aussi [relaxe et en sant\u00e9].&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"block-d9371750-e118-443f-a383-37acb46ba562\">La tendance s&rsquo;est r\u00e9pandue dans les m\u00e9dias comme une train\u00e9e de poudre, passant du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/people-culture\/trending-china\/article\/3257179\/not-happy-do-not-come-work-china-retail-tycoon-introduces-unhappy-leave-sparks-online-discussion\">South China Morning Post<\/a> au <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/news\/international\/us\/unhappy-leaves-now-a-thing-in-china-heres-all-about-the-new-trend\/articleshow\/109252332.cms?from=mdr\" target=\"_blank\">Economic Times <\/a>en passant par le <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/commentisfree\/article\/2024\/may\/12\/workers-unhappiness-leave-beats-awaydays-work-life-balance-seminars-yoga\" target=\"_blank\">Guardian<\/a>, avant de finalement arriver aux \u00c9tats-Unis, dans les pages de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/91129038\/unhappy-leave-is-real-why-its-not-enough\" target=\"_blank\">Fast Company<\/a> et <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/bryanrobinson\/2024\/10\/14\/effective-solutions-for-the-unhappy-leave-trend\/\" target=\"_blank\">Forbes<\/a>. Particuli\u00e8rement enthousiaste, cette derni\u00e8re publication soutient que cette politique est devenue \u00ab&nbsp;une nouvelle solution&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer par les organisations afin de contrer le d\u00e9sengagement et l\u2019\u00e9puisement au travail&#8230; Ah bon?<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-f12a7d85-533d-465c-bfdb-14859abad005\"><strong>Cong\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;de d\u00e9prime&nbsp;\u00bb VS cong\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;bien-\u00eatre&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"block-85a96584-09ac-4941-a086-29e9b3de9bbd\">Buzz m\u00e9diatique ou vraie tendance ? Il est permis de poser la question. Trouve-t-on r\u00e9ellement des entreprises (\u00e0 part la cha\u00eene chinoise, bien s\u00fbr&#8230;) qui accordent des cong\u00e9s de d\u00e9prime \u00e0 ces employ\u00e9s ? Et est-ce quelque chose que les employ\u00e9s aimeraient avoir ? Nous avons voulu en avoir le c\u0153ur net, d\u2019abord en posant la question sur LinkedIn&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-1e6e2505-6ae9-4ca4-9386-b39a9dd9d0ab\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Capture-de%CC%81cran-le-2024-12-03-a%CC%80-14.32.04.png\" alt=\"L\u2019attribut alt de cette image est vide, son nom de fichier est Capture-d\u00e9cran-le-2024-12-03-\u00e0-14.32.04.png.\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Capture d&rsquo;\u00e9cran, LinkedIn<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p id=\"block-4651df28-afa9-4f56-88b9-80f37118e7b8\">Oui, bon&#8230; De toute \u00e9vidence, certaines personnes aimeraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ce type de cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"block-5c4f6097-361d-457d-a8dc-8f6e1fc4895d\">Nous avons contact\u00e9 Monia Boulais, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019agence MB Ressources humaines, pour clarifier si cette tendance avait prise plus amplement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Pour ma part, je n&rsquo;ai pas vu de cong\u00e9s de d\u00e9prime dans les organisations. Toutefois, il existe dans diff\u00e9rentes organisations une offre de cong\u00e9s de mieux-\u00eatre ou bien-\u00eatre qui pourrait r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des enjeux de stress ou de sant\u00e9 mentale v\u00e9cu par un employ\u00e9. Focaliser sur l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de d\u00e9prime enverrait un dr\u00f4le de message, ajoute-t-elle.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"block-7454f9b9-059e-41a8-8a4e-57a10b82a325\">La conseill\u00e8re RH pr\u00e9cise que, selon les normes du travail, les employ\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 10 jours de cong\u00e9s maladie, dont deux jours r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s. Au-del\u00e0, plusieurs entreprises bonifient cette offre en ajoutant de 5 \u00e0 10 cong\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;mieux-\u00eatre&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;bien-\u00eatre&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e0 classer sous la th\u00e9matique de la sant\u00e9 globale de l\u2019employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Cela inclut non seulement des cong\u00e9s maladie, mais aussi des cong\u00e9s de soutien aux enfants, ainsi que des cong\u00e9s personnels, \u00e0 utiliser apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de surcharge de travail. Cela permet aussi aux employ\u00e9s de prendre des cong\u00e9s sans avoir \u00e0 se justifier.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"block-69fd9da9-d4e4-41e3-8795-d01f1dfb861b\">Un petit coup de d\u00e9prime ?
