That means it's not only a matter of designing how users will interact with a product or service, but answering why this product or service will matter to people.


  • Conduct consumer and competitive researches
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with various teams and stakeholders
  • Identify key strategic design insights to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
  • Identify the best methodology to adopt considering the client reality and their objectives
  • Provide deliverables including prototypes, wireframes, user flows, use cases, user scenarios, customer journeys, service blueprints, etc.
  • whatever is needed to ensure the success of the project
  • Present various aspects of the customer experience to internal teams and clients
  • Identify and understand the client business context, demands and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and client to integrate a design-oriented thinking in every project
  • Coach and mentor teams to continuously improve the experience design work


  • You have 6+ years' experience in CX / UX / Service Design working in digital agencies, design studios / consultancies, startups and/or in-house design teams
  • You successfully launched projects that demonstrate conceptual and analytical thinking
  • You know best practices but also know when to challenge them
  • You are organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
  • You understand integrated customer experiences, design and product strategy, and design principles
  • You master product and service design, and are up-to-date with the latest trends
  • You are multidisciplinary and proactive
  • You are not afraid to get hands-on and lead by example
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
  • You are a natural leader and respectful with teammates
  • You speak fluent French
