Your main responsibilities will concern coordinating production and publication of digital content for our social media featuring a local component. Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating the Social Media editorial line across our various European markets
  • Organizing weekly checkpoints with our European market contacts and their social media agencies
  • Writing up agency briefs
  • Coming up with ideas for new content (outside agency)
  • Developing an editorial calendar
  • Sharing Social Media content developed by in-house team with European markets to be rolled out / adapted
  • Coordinating Social Media asset production for specific local needs
  • Monitoring local-driven activations
  • Tracking activity and performance in order to provide feedback i.e. direct marketing campaign post mortems and performance analysis, writing up recommendations, etc.
  • Ensuring respect of internal procedures
  • Creating benchmarks

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a bachelor's degree from a university or business school (majoring in communication, journalism or languages)
  • You have 3 years of company experience in a similar position (digital communication / customer relations)
  • Project management experience strongly appreciated You speak fluent French and English (C1)
  • Proficiency in a third European language is a plus
  • You have a sound understanding of social media and customer relationships in a digital environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably, you are familiar with Photoshop, editing tools
  • Able to work independently, you are rigorous in your methods and provide informed input and recommendations
  • You have a customer-centric marketing mindset and know the sales talk (offers, booking conditions, availability)
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and copywriting skills
  • knowledge of the Disney brand and Disneyland Paris is appreciated

As part of the Marketing Division, you will provide content strategy development support to our various marketing contacts in European markets as well as producing marketing campaigns (seasons and events) for Disneyland Paris social media, in line with Company strategy and marketing objectives.
