The candidate should be able to participate in the design process in its entirety, working in collaboration with a diverse team of ethnography, design and technology experts. As a UX designer s/he will work in autonomy, with the support of other designers and computer scientists from the group. S/he will craft new mobile experiences in the navigation context, with a focus on supporting navigation for cyclists. S/he will be involved in the implementation and testing of these concepts. This is an opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the research field and collaborate with scientists and developers working on the latest technologies to create products and services grounded on people's needs.

Have an understanding of user research methods, such as interviews, observation, user testing, etc.
Be able to extract insights from the user research to define design guidelines.
Propose concepts that leverage the understanding of the stakeholders involved and the latest digital technologies.
Be able to move from the service level to the design of specific touch-points, translating ideas into tangible experiences.
Be able to work on the design of mobile and tangible applications, from information architecture to interfaces.
Have a strong interest in research.
Have communication skills in both French and English
