The Marketing department is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for its South Cluster. You will be responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies and executions for the cluster South (France, Italy and Spain). You will drive digital South cluster business acceleration and transformation through local Levi.com & local wholesale.com (local pureplayers & digital KA).
ABOUT THE JOB
1. Boost local Ecom traffic & acquire leads
Develop and manage performance media campaign (SEO/SEA, demand gen, affiliation, retargeting, consumer journey & attribution model optimization.
Support loyalty app Ecom integration and shoppable app
Social media (Paid search)/ E PR
Represent ecom team within the cluster in being the key contact for cross functional cluster team (merch, finance, sales...)
Develop digital south cluster expertise and accountability + influence
Develop efficient and fluid WOW with HQ team and local teams to ensure full digital integration
Digital market expert Market expert
- provides market level insight to ecom hub, to ensure that programs/content remains relevant for the market is champion for digital in the cluster
Interprets and modifies direction from the digital HUB to make local and actionable by region
Develop Performance media campaign
Collaborate with brand team to boost customer traffic through ad hoc marketing campaigns
2. Develop digital consumer experience & sell out on Levi.com, wholesale.com + instore
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company
Ensure local relevance
Wholesale.com: Drive more relevant digital consumer brand experience in collaboration with local sales team and Key business partners
ad hoc Content (fit navigation, shooting...)
Develop Consumer and Customer Marketing plans & campaigns that drive equity + sales aligned with EU Key Marketing Strategies
Responsibly manages budget
Bring digital experience into physical environment in close collaboration with HQ experience team & local sales team
Create synergies and bridges between physical and digital
Ensure omni channel consistency (campaigns ...)
You have a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience including brand marketing & performance media marketing. Experience supporting a Global Brand highly desirable or digital /web company.
You have demonstrated the ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, including influence and persuasion.
You have experience in relationship management and client interface and the ability to develop credibility with the customer
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving.
You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conduct superior follow-through
You demonstrate flexibility and initiative with minimal direction.
You have business acumen with the ability to conduct basic cost/benefit and return analysis on programs
You have knowledge of market trends and the retail landscape.
You are proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
You speak fluently across written and spoken communication in English. Spanish, Italian or French is a plus.
