You join the Global Commercial Services division. As a growth driver in the market, we offer payment solutions to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business owners, but also to managers of large groups.
We support their development with tools that make it easier to control expenses, manage their cash flow and travel, and provide them with day-to-day support: concierge services, experiences, advice, insurance, etc.
Reporting to the Head of Loyalty Marketing, by whom you will be trained and supported, your main tasks will be as follows:
Ensure the operational implementation of all marketing campaigns (from creation to KPI's, implementation and monitoring of customer communications, monitoring of agency briefs, coordination with technical teams, validation on our various media (offers, emailings, banners))
Work in project mode with the international and local teams on the implementation of campaigns and platforms dedicated to loyalty
Implement and respect the communication plan
Monitor campaign performance, update and create reports
Communicate internally on campaigns and upcoming projects
Develop and update sales support materials
Maintaining the customer areas of the website and mobile application
All these tasks involve working closely with the various marketing and sales teams, as well as our specialist support teams (compliance, customer service, concierge, etc.).
Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
You have a BAC+4 or BAC+5 in Marketing/Communication from a business school or university (MSG, Master's, etc.), and you have at least a first professional experience in this field, in a startup or in an international group, ideally in B2B but not necessarily.
You know how to work in a complex international environment, with a very wide range of solutions and audiences. Your impeccable English will be necessary to help you communicate with your European counterparts and present your projects.
You have good interpersonal skills, which will enable you to interact with our sales and operational teams and our managers.
You are curious and have a spirit of initiative (we like fresh ideas) and are well organised: managing several projects simultaneously does not scare you.
In addition to your knowledge of the office pack, you should also be able to use CMS tools such as Sheetahmail and Oneforce.
Good writing skills and impeccable spelling are necessary.
