The Advocacy & Social Media Manager's role will be to enhance brand perception, develop engagement and reinforce reputation over time. This role will be multi-brand and apply to Helena Rubinstein & Carita.

Advocacy

  • Define & implement each brand advocacy strategy to build and enhance brand image, develop awareness and reinforce its reputation over time. Advocacy strategy to be in line with the brand's communication & business strategy and the Group Advocacy frame
  • Develop each brand's advocacy strategy and lead actions to develop relations with international opinion leaders
  • Develop international advocacy tools, online & offline, for the brand, provide them to countries and follow up with their implementation
  • Lead & coordinate advocacy activations yearly, for each identified advocacy target, monitor KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally to contribute to glocal marketing & communication campaigns on strategic brand moments/milestones, product launches, events....

Social Media

  • Develop a proprietary social media strategy for each brand
  • Define a creative and engaging editorial strategy for each social media platform of each brand, with selected brand contents
  • Overlook implementation of the social media strategy
  • Overlook the day-to-day handling and monitoring of all social media channels
  • Identify content gaps, develop and overlook production of contents needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Digital teams to enhance consistency on both brands
  • Partner with Communication teams to include bespoke Digital Influence in each brand social media strategy
  • Partner with Digital teams and contribute to paid campaign strategy
  • Lead Social Media & Community Management guidelines for markets
  • Lead collaboration with markets for a glocal content strategy
  • Overlook monitoring, KPIs and reports on performance on social media platforms, as well as competitor activity analysis, recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, CDO guidelines and upskill teams
  • Manage Social Media & Community Manager of each brand

Organize advocacy & social media meetings with zone/countries, steering committees with key zones/countries

  • Implement initiatives to highlight brand communication & advocacy initiatives within the group (sharing best practices...)
