Our social media team is responsible for telling Getir's story and engage with our consumers on a day to day basis. That's about building a strong brand voice and a positive relationship with our consumers. It is about being creative and using a variety of channels. We're a tweet, a story, a post, a DM, a tag away from both sharing our valuable stories and insights, as well as hearing about our consumer's experiences with our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Be a member of Getir France Marketing team, working with talented colleagues and great partners (agencies), reporting to the Head of Marketing.
  • Own our social media channels. Take great diligence and pride in being both a caretaker of the channels, as well as the representative voice.
  • Develop which strategy to deploy on social networks in keeping with the overall communication strategy: which presence, what form, how often, which communities, who at the company will participate, best practices, etc.
  • Be responsible for implementing the defined strategy.
  • Develop the content, test, learn and optimize. Speed is our currency.
  • Follow the daily trends and leverage the concepts to create the best out of it in terms of reaction & engagement for the brand
  • Manage and measure the success of digital campaigns : define the correct KPI to track and defines ambitious targets.
  • Manage a team that will be fast growing (defines missions, objectives, gives feedback, coach..)
  • Beyond the long-term strategy, always be prepared to look out for communication, influencer or partnerships opportunities.
  • Provide input to Marketing decisions: use your tremendous knowledge of French cconsumers or trends, work with the brand team to design excellent campaigns, and work closely with our digital teams to improve app downloads and traffic.

Requirements

  • A track record - 7 to 10 years - in social media in fashion, retail, agency or e-commerce that can quickly get up to speed.
  • French native (or near native) level is a must, fluency in English is a must.
  • Curious, creative and know how to detect and plan for the social trends of the future.
  • Clear, established experience in managing social media channels - Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Twitter...
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for details
  • You stay up to date with current technologies or trends in social media
  • You do know your way around content creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), and some skills for video editing would be a nice to have.
  • You already have efficiently developed influencers strategies.
  • A key requirement is a collaborative working and commitment to the team. We want you to enjoy working at Getir. We don't have a hierarchical or slow-paced process driven culture. Energy and sharp minds are welcome, collaborative and can-do approaches are a must!
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt your strategies and tactics to the dynamic world of super-fast delivery. Super-fast delivery means sometimes doing other things super-fast.
  • We still believe in the value of on-site working. Down the line, when safe, we do plan on working collectively in France, so a daily commute should be factored in.
