As an HR & Communication Assistant reporting to the Site Director and working closely with the HR Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

Communication & HR projects: lead the site's internal communication and contribute to HR projects

  • Organise site events: summer days, inaugurations, open days, site meetings
  • Writing and distributing dispatches, news flashes and site information on our internal social networks (Mail, Yammer, Bob)
  • Take charge of the creation of communication media (brochures, videos, etc.)
  • Ensure the relay of the Corporate Communication (posters, distribution ...)
  • Develop communication and events around our HR processes
  • Lead and participate in HR projects on the site

Recruitment: develop the attractiveness of the site through recruitment and QWL (Quality of Life at Work) initiatives

Coordinate the site's interim needs with the temporary employment agencies hosted by the site by being the main contact person

  • Develop the attractiveness of the site internally and externally (school relations, mobility committees, etc.)
  • Lead and contribute to the site's QWL initiatives

Role of Disability Advisor: implement the Disability policy on the site and act as an advisor to employees with disabilities

Coordinate actions and the budget for employees with disabilities

  • To be the on-site contact for the employees concerned
  • Participate in the France community
  • Prepare and support the disability commissions/ annual review

Administrative support to the site management

Plan management meetings (and associated logistics: management of meeting rooms, planning of speakers, agendas, etc.): Site Management Committee, DTB Management Committee, half-yearly reviews (Business review), etc.

  • Ensure the administrative management of the IRP (planning of meetings, sending of ODJ CSE/CSSCT, distribution of documents and minutes, organisation of elections, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to site managers and Human Resources Managers (diaries, orders, VIP visits, off-site management meetings, etc.)

Who are you?

A graduate with a degree in HR, you have initial experience in HR or communication

  • Knowledge of IT tools (Pack Office, HRIS, etc.)
  • Rigour and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make proposals, Autonomy, Confidentiality
