The missions include but are not limited to :

  • Communications
  • Managing the local newsletter and intranet content
  • Working closely with the Communication team on local employees communication improvement
  • Preparing briefing materials for the Group and Paris CEOs media intervention (topics linked to Finance, Economy, Technology, Environment, Governance, etc.)
  • Events: participating to internal and external events coordination to support the Events team
  • ESG: supporting the implementation of social and environmental corporate initiatives liaising with the HR team and different Business Units for corporate engagement, in alignment with the ESG group strategy
  • Reporting: internal reporting and briefing notes to support the CEO offices
  • Participation to other projects and initiatives according to the CEO offices strategy and priorities will also be part of the daily tasks of this intership.
  • Experience
  • Good understanding of Communication and Strategy topics
  • A specialization in Finance or Economics is plus.
  • Skills:
  • French and English fluency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to think strategically and to anticipate
  • Proficient use of the Office suite, and other project management tools a plus
  • Professionally composed, team player and proactive behaviour
