Objectif du poste

Placé sous la responsabilité d'un Chef de produits, le/la Chef de Produits junior sera l'expert local de ses marques, assurera une mise en oeuvre efficace et créative des plans marketing en travaillant étroitement avec les agences, les équipes marketing, digitale et Trade marketing ainsi que les équipes licences et commerciales.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Assistant Brand manager will be the local expert for his/her brands, ensuring efficient and creative implementation of marketing plans working closely with agencies, marketing, digital and trade marketing teams as well as licensing and sales teams.

Principales missions du poste

  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes locales, régionales et globales pour partager son expertise du marché local et identifier les synergies, l'alignement, les meilleures pratiques ainsi que les opportunités locales.
  • Apporter son soutien au chef de produits dans la prévision des ventes (quotas, P&L, marges...)
  • Assurer le pilotage du business sur ses marques : Suivi du Sell in/Sell out, analyse des données marché pour mise en place de plans d'action.
  • Aider à la sélection de la ligne par canal / client et gérer les informations sur les produits, valider les traductions et la gestion des assets.
  • Assurer une mise en oeuvre et un déploiement efficace et percutant des stratégies et des plans d'action marketing locaux et participer à la conduite de l'exécution des plans d'activation de la marque.
  • Coordonner les plans de communication en suivant les stratégies de communication de la marque : Être le point de contact des agences & travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe digitale locale
  • S'assurer que les investissements marketing sont alignés avec les plans marketing qui ont été définis et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires en cours d'année en fonction de l'évolution du business
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements commercial et le trade Marketing ainsi qu'avec les prestataires locaux afin de favoriser les ventes, la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et l'acquisition de parts de marché.
  • Assurer la présentation des plans marketing à l'équipe de vente ainsi qu'aux clients.
  • Assurer la construction et la mise à jour des outils pour l'aide à la vente (Base de données, argumentaire de vente...)


  • Work in collaboration with local, regional and global teams to share local market expertise and identify synergies, alignment, best practices and local opportunities.
  • Support the Brand Manager in sales forecasting (quotas, P&L, margins...)
  • Ensure the business management of the brands: Sell in/Sell out monitoring, market data analysis in order to implement the right plans.
  • Participate to the line selection by channel/customer and manage product information, validate translations and asset management.
  • Ensure effective and impactful implementation and deployment of local marketing strategies and action plans and participate in driving the execution of brand activation plans.
  • Coordinate communication plans according to the defined brand communication strategies: Be the point of contact for agencies & work in partnership with the local digital team
  • Ensure that marketing investments are aligned with the marketing plans that have been defined and make necessary adjustments based on the evolution of the business during the year.
  • Work closely with the sales and trade marketing departments and local service providers to drive sales, revenue growth and market share.
  • Ensure the presentation of marketing plans to the sales team and to customers.
  • Ensure the construction and updating of sales tools (database, sales pitch...)
  • Qualifications


  • Diplôme universitaire (Licence / master etc...)
  • Une expérience dans une entreprise de biens de consommation (ex : industrie de l'agroalimentaire, de la beauté ou des vêtements) est un plus.
  • Excellentes compétences Microsoft Office et plus spécifiquement Excel et Powerpoint
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais
  • Bonne capacité de présentation
  • Capacité d'analyses et traitement de données
  • Capacité à travailler sur de nombreux projets avec une gestion des priorités et du stress
  • Intérêt pour le digital
  • Dynamisme, organisation, prise d'initiatives, adaptabilité


  • University degree (Bachelor / Master etc...)
  • Experience in a consumer goods company (e.g. food, beauty or apparel industry) is a plus.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and mainly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and process data
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with priority and stress management
  • Interested in digital technology
  • Dynamic, organized, taking initiatives and capacity to adapt to change
