JOB TITLE: Assistant Marketing

Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant must have a good knowledge of the figures and a spirit of analysis and synthesis.

Have a good relationship and enjoy working as a team. Fluency in English is essential (Professional level). Good editorial skills will be required.

He/She has a sense of responsibility. Can work independently - Capacity of initiatives.

The reliability in the follow-up of the files is indispensable as well as the method / discipline that it can bring to the team in the organization and the management of the various activities.

The ability to handle different missions with reactivity will be appreciated.

Mastery of the office automation tools (office office) - Excel mastering - Advanced level.

The marketing assistant must have an impeccable knowledge of the division of responsibilities within the service of this service and a general knowledge of all files are dealt with.

Essential Functions

  • Sales Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales performance by product, by segment, by type of customer.
  • Analysis of the Company's trends, variances, units, prices and position in the market.
  • Analysis of panels and ad hoc studies.
  • Study the operational impacts of the company's policies to optimize its commercial performance (for example, measure the effects of advertising campaigns off or on line).
  • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of these policies from a commercial and financial perspective.
  • Technology, strategic and market research
  • Budget Management:
  • Control of the expenses and the total costs related to the implementation of different projects / marketing tactics to ensure compliance with OPEX.
  • Participate to monthly budgetary closings and ensure their history.
  • Ensure budgetary control of cost centers.
  • Ensure visibility and readability expenditures vs budget over fiscal year
  • Optimize overall costs to achieve savings
  • Prepare annual budget and budgets.
  • Legal & regulatory declaration requests for authorization in connection with marketing actions, drafting of contracts for interveners acting on behalf of Cooper Vision in the context of promotional events.
  • Management and monitoring transversal marketing projects
  • Implementation of promotional activities & management of communication media and sales support tools.
  • Update the content of promotional communication materials (email, mail, newsletter, articles writing, etc.)
  • Coordinate the progress of transversal marketing projects with all the services of the company and the service providers concerned: logistics, supply, design, communication agency, event agency, etc.
  • Animation: Exchanges with creative agencies, development of promotional tools and / or drafting of sales pitches. Implementation of promotional campaigns.
  • Manage press Relationship.
  • Communicate with the sales force in order to promote the tools (arguments, sales tools, special operations ...).
  • Development, coordination and participation in cross-sectoral / inter-divisional regional, inter-service and supervisory meetings.
  • Conducted annual Cooper Vision sales & scientific events: ECLSO, SFO.
  • Management of digital presence Cooper Vision (Website)

Support of the marketing team in the realization of the marketing plan on the Web & Digital part of Cooper Vision.

  • Define load plan. Evolutions / design of the site, reflection around the general architecture of the site, the graphic charter, the articulation of contents etc.
  • Propose and create content. Animations and relays messages created by marketing team.
  • Product launch support. Participation in the integration of digital tools into the marketing mix.
  • Manage the optimization and maintenance of websites, extranet, portal ...
  • Lead the creation, implementation and monitoring of new digital media in a multi-channel environment
  • Editorial animation: Updating information via blog Cooper Vision
  • Referencing: Manage site development and C.V digital presence.
  • Development of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), which includes SEA (Search Engine Advertising, for sponsored links) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Site the maximum visibility on the web and acquire traffic.
  • Create new online forums: discussion forums, blogs, animation of communities on social networks
  • Assist in the definition of objectives and performance indicators

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced level of written and spoken English

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office ( Photoshop, InDesign appreciated)

Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment. Ability to arbitrate and decide quickly.
