• Process, sort and communicate consolidated information coming from brands to the markets
  • Process brand newsletters, EMEA weekly memos, and Training emails by saving under network and markets box files and communicate weekly newsletters for markets (for NARS only)
  • Consolidate Monthly Reports for brand holder / top management
  • Build launch tool package for markets on NARS
  • Consolidate results from market to build Launch Feedback reports on priority launches
  • Support the team in the implementation of the 360 market activations as well as daily follow up and requests
  • Responsible for updating in real-time trade plans from markets to ensure it reflects local activations
  • Creative request follow-up : Responsible for all markets all brands specific requests and follow up upon deadlines
  • Responsible for on-going operational markets requests (all brands)
  • Support the implementation of Sephora DTR 360 : VM updates, instore & e-store trade, social media, CRM, coordination of POSM
  • Responsible for translations projects for Drunk Elephant as well as Education tools development
  • Help to increase digital visibility and impact
  • Execute competitive review of our top online platforms activation and competition actions (KICKS & Sephora in priority)
  • Ensure perfect execution of our presence on e-retail : brand pages and PDPs updates
  • Support PR projects execution
  • Manage all PR topics related to NARS & Drunk Elephant with the Marketing team (influencers seedings, collaborations, events...)
  • Work daily with our PR agencies to manage all PR topics in collaboration with the Marketing team and the EMEA PR team
  • Autonomous project : take the lead on projects
  • Develop & pitch a project, negotiate a budget & operational implementation
  • Collaborate with people to maximize the project impact
  • Location : Paris, 8ème
