Our solutions include a Consent Management Platform (CMP) for collecting, sharing, and managing user consent and a highly popular Preference Management Platform (PMP), where consumers can share consent-based, zero-party data with brands for a more transparent, efficient and trusting relationship.

In 2022, Didomi acquired privacy tech start-up Agnostik to strengthen our compliance offering, in controlling and optimizing their value chain based on the use of consent. By integrating Agnostik's automated compliance and monitoring solutions into our platform, we help our clients reach the highest levels of privacy certification. Agnostik's product allows publishers and marketers to automatically monitor their websites and detect specific compliance gaps.

We have raised $40M to date in a Series B round of funding. Our main office is in Paris, however our employees have total autonomy to work from anywhere fully remotely.

? The Challenge ?

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Marketing Ops Apprentice to join our Revenue Operations Team. You will participate in the design and standardization of our marketing funnels across regions. When needed you will participate in defining the specifications for future developments with our Growth Outbound Manager. You will be in charge of optimising the inbound sales cycle from acquisition, to retention. This will include leads sourced by product as well as digital (paid ads, SEO, SEA) and marketing leads (Content, events etc..).

Under the supervision of the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for :

  • Be part of HubSpot admin maintenance and improvement
  • Manage Hubspot workflows and active lists
  • Improve reporting & dashboarding for Marketing activities
  • Manage the synchronisation between Didomi's website and Hubspot
  • Follow KPIs of inbound campaigns, especially events performances and follow-up activities
  • Marketing Scoring: participate in the evolution of the Marketing Scoring to optimize our conversion rate per target and improve the productivity of our sales team
  • Check Hubspot and Salesforce Synchronisation (fields, contacts, companies...)
  • Import leads from events and follow their performance
  • Anticipate marketing operational needs
