DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (FRENCH & ENGLISH BILINGUAL) OFFER:

As part of our four champagne and spirits houses' development, we are looking for a digital marketing manager.

You will be part of our creative marketing team and will aim to create community management strategies for our houses. You will be in charge of increasing our brands' visibility, fame and engagement, and will be on the lookout for new trends (whether French or international) to support their growth.

With a global presence, we have a rich diversity of media that integrates various ecosystems (for example: WeChat or Baidu for China).

TASKS :

Establishment of a digital and social media strategy: Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, LinkedIn:

  • Establishing of the social media strategy in accordance with our brands' commercial and marketing positioning,
  • Planning the content's production and feeds of different social medias,
  • Federating and animating our communities for the purpose of recruitment and engagement,
  • Imagining specific social media content in accordance with our activities,
  • Adding value to our image and following closely the "voice" of each brand,
  • Content production of each brand,
  • Being in charge of the brands' e-reputation,
  • Following and producing sponsored content,
  • Setting up analysis and competitive benchmarks,
  • Managing the budget and measuring performances.

Web marketing/e-commerce development:

  • Construction of a website with an external agency in charge of the development,
  • Monitoring of proper functioning and performance of various websites,
  • Implementation of the e-shopping strategy for our brands' and online shopping websites (Vivino, Twil, Winesitting marketplace, etc.),
  • Referencing to new strategic websites,
  • Activation of different web marketing supports in order to reach needed targets (SEO, SEM, e-mailings...),
  • Definition and regular monitoring of the website's KPIs and reporting,
  • Competitive and commercial monitoring.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

You graduated with a master's degree in marketing / digital, with a specialization in community management. You have at least a two-year experience in a similar position. You are familiar with different social media, social media's management tools, social advertising, SEO and performance indicators. You are creative and full of ideas.

An excellent knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for this position.

An experience in the Chinese market and knowledge of WeChat would be an asset.
