Everise, an award-winning, technology-enabled outsourcing firm with expertise in transforming healthcare and technology experiences, is seeking a global Director, Social Media to help create and execute a coherent, dynamic, and innovative social media strategy for the organization, working across multiple social and digital platforms, both global as well as geography-specific. The Director will report to a Vice-President, PR & Social Media, and oversee a team with colleagues in Latin America and APAC.

Principle Accountabilities

Keep abreast of social media trends; respond to changes relevant to the organization's marketing strategies.

Design a holistic social media strategy for the company, considering the needs and goals of our different business units and key stakeholders.

Create and implement new initiatives that meet company goals; archive initiatives that are not performing.

Ensure social media content and plans are in alignment with the company's brand identity and key brand messages. Collaborate with marketing, sales, internal communications and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and to mine content.

Coordinate implementation of the social media strategy across the organization, partnering with colleagues in both external and internal communications, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other parts of the organization,

Oversee the overall social media calendar and content plan, coordinating the different plans across the different social media managers.

Work with our in-house production and creative teams to ensure all social media content is engaging, impactful, on-brand, and of the highest quality.

Coach junior social media managers to craft impactful and meaningful content on all social media platforms.

Own and manage specific channels, especially those facing US audiences.

Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns for brand-building purposes

Provide accurate reports on campaigns' and platforms' overall performance.

Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI). Analyze engagement data. Set key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in social media management.

Ideally at least 2-3 years working for a B2B company, either in-house or through an agency.

Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones.

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.

Great and open collaborator.

Driven with the ability to work independently.
