Position Purpose:

Everise, an award-winning, technology-enabled outsourcing firm with expertise in transforming healthcare and technology experiences, is seeking a global Vice President of Internal Communications to help create, execute, and oversee a coherent, dynamic, and innovative internal communications strategy for the organization.

The VP will report to our SVP, Group Brand and Communications, who is based in Singapore, and be part of a team with colleagues in Latin America and APAC.

Job Requirements :

Responsible for formulating the internal communications strategy and plan that is consistent with the organization's goals and direction.

Conceptualize, develop, write and publish a strong pipeline of compelling content for internal communications to drive engagement and ensure message consistency and alignment across the organization.

Support the planning and execution of all CEO internal communications and provide counsel where necessary to C-suite members.

Assist in overseeing and managing the employee communications platform; collaborate with colleagues and team leaders across all locations to manage a continuous news flow of relevant information to keep our organization informed.

Ideate, execute, and manage engagement programs that can boost staff morale and retention.

Ideate, execute, and manage engagement programs that reinforce our company values.

Work closely with C-suite members for town halls and wider staff engagement. Drive messaging and scripting and bring all required functions together to execute.

Provide support in operational issues management, for crisis communications preparedness to mitigate negative or sensitive reputational issues internally and externally with a focus on client communications.

Work closely with project streams and human resources on all communication topics related to our corporate purpose, values, and diversity initiatives.

Develop a good understanding of our business, growth plans, and internal processes to be able to manage an effective communications program.

Manage an internal communications team with staff in multiple geographies.

Qualifications

Degree holder, preferably a degree in Public Relations and Communications

At least 12 years of experience in Corporate Communications with a strong track record in internal communications including change and crisis communications.

Project coordination and management will be highly regarded.

Strong influencing skills. Ability to engage and win the respect of senior executives.

Able to translate business strategy and objectives into effective internal communication and engagement strategies.

Strong management skills with experience leading global teams.

A strong team player with a desire to work collaboratively, committed to knowledge-sharing and transparency.

Core communications and excellent English writing skills are a must.

Familiar with managing issues and crisis communications under time pressure and with the involvement of various internal stakeholders.

Highly organized and thorough with strong attention to detail.

A self-motivated, independent communications specialist is able to pick up a good sense of judgment to navigate across various levels and to influence others where necessary.

Ability to think outside the box, comprehend the big picture, have creative ideas, spot opportunities, and connect quickly to support.

Take the initiative to improve the current state of things and embrace change.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with tools like Sharepoint, Google Analytics, and other platforms.

An eager mind to explore new ideas and experiment with the latest communications technologies will be highly valuable.
