The BIC Marketing intern will be supporting the GI&I Brand Development team against in the function against two key initiatives - Bic x Art Social Media and Internal Marketing efforts.
As part of a greater Bic x Art initiative, the team has recently created @Bic.create account and is testing its success and popularity for the brand long-term. The brand team has a great understanding of BIC's long term goals and positioning to the consumer and is leveraging the brand's relationship with artists to forge meaningful emotional connections with its consumers. This role will report directly into the Brand Team and will have the opportunity to establish this social account at BIC and to support various Marketing and PR operations across the globe.
Additionally, there is opportunity to create excitement and engagement with our teams about the new productions and activations we do. This role will also support key tasks to help achieve this goal.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
Bic x Art Social Media:
Contribute on various projects to help developing and maintaining relationships with creators.
- Support day-to-day function of @BIC.Create social account including: o Re-posting tagged posts on stories
o Performing outreach to artists
o Responding to comments
o Maintaining content calendar
- Assist in the coordination and execution of ad hoc content creation productions including interviews, studio visits, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of curating, shipping and fulfilling influencer crates.
- Support strategic growth initiatives.
- Support organization of events
- Support in the creation of a series of episodes on artists
- Minimum education level preferred: 3rd Year University
- Preferred educational focus: Social Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, Art.
- Some Digital Marketing experience is preferred
- Experience with video creations
