About the Role:

As a member of the Marketing Department and the Service Promotion team, which consists of 5 individuals, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing communication strategies to raise awareness about HDS or DES* prevention programs among eligible target audiences using platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Google display, and more.
  • Developing marketing initiatives to promote the services offered by prevention programs to employees and businesses. This may involve creating email campaigns, writing letters, and sending SMS messages.
  • Being proactive in suggesting new actions to increase the visibility of prevention programs and enhance the utilization of services by our clients.
  • Creating, publishing, and updating content related to relevant HDS or DES on various websites.
  • Maintaining and updating the marketing action plan for the different prevention programs under your responsibility.
  • Collaborating with other marketing associates in the Service Promotion team, as well as the Marketing department, to support the sales team.
  • Generating statistical reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. These reports will include an analysis of campaign performance, the impact on program awareness, and service utilization.
  • Haut degré de solidarité (HDS) or Degré élevé de solidarité (DES) refers to a range of health prevention actions and solidarity aids funded through a dedicated fund. This funding is outlined in the agreement between a professional branch and the recommended insurance organization for companies within that sector.
