Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

You'll be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven strategies across various channels including paid social, paid search, SEO, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing. Your focus will be on driving quality traffic to our eCommerce site, optimizing key traffic KPIs, and growing our customer base. You'll lead prospecting and remarketing campaigns, oversee agency partnerships, and collaborate closely with management to enhance funnel conversion.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

  • Plan and implement the global digital channels performance including paid social, paid search, SEO, display, programmatic and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Deliver and execute key traffic KPIs, analysis, reporting, optimisation for existing and new channels.
  • Responsible for the growth of new customers and driving quality traffic to the eCommerce site from all digital channels.
  • Developing and steering digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Leading the performance agency in delivering and optimising profitable campaign results across Meta, TikTok and Google.
  • Oversee the spend and affiliate calendar with an affiliate agency.
  • Plan and execute PPC budget allocation and reporting on ROI improvement strategy and execution.
  • Pursue and assess new marketing channels to deliver new growth opportunities by region.
  • Collaborating closely with management to share insights, ideas for enhancing funnel conversion, and presenting results.
  • Manage agency and 3rd Party relationships to high standard.

Must Have Requirements

  • Experience in retail fashion/ecommerce digital marketing essential.
  • Self-starter, hands-on Team player, adaptable, does not mind working with ambiguity.
  • A proven track record in a similar role, constructing effective multi-channel marketing strategies including affiliate marketing, PPC, display, social media, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills in channel analysis and reporting, proficient in key tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, harnessing data, and consumer behaviour trends to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
