ClinSearch is a European Healthcare Organization developing innovative solutions in Clinical Research, Patient-Centered Healthcare Systems, Market Access and Public Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will contribute to the commercial growth of a mid-sized French CRO with international reach, an established client base, and strong growth ambitions.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharma, biotech, MedTech, and institutional clients.
• Contribute to sales pipeline development and business development strategy execution.

Proposal & Commercial Activities

• Prepare technical and financial proposals, budgets, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate internally with operational teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Support contract preparation and commercial follow-up.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in client meetings and business discussions.
• Contribute to a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Marketing & Company Visibility

• Contribute to marketing materials and business development content.
• Represent ClinSearch at national and international conferences and industry events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel in France and internationally.
